SPECIAL COURSE: IMMUNITY, METABOLISM & ENERGY
Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest forms of Yoga in the world. This classic yoga uses kriyas (exercises) which specifically boost organ systems, the nervous system, and enhance the bodies endocrine system. Energetically it serves to cleanse, tonify or balance the chakras and nadis (energy channels) of the body while awakening the sacred Kundalini which lies dormant in the yogi. For those people with specific structural or health or psychological challenges there are specialized kriyas which can be used to overcome these setbacks.
This is an ALL LEVELS course with chosen kriyas to strengthen the bodies metabolism, enhance personal immunity, and to increase overall energy. We have also included a kriya to balance three master glands of the endocrine system which, if working properly, enhance longevity and return youthfulness to the body. This course is suited for anytime of the year, but if practiced in fall and winter will build up the constitution to resist illness.

Kriya Apana for elimination
This series aids with the digestion and absorption of nutrients and contribute in generating a youthful appearance and healthy skin. While rejuvenating, these yoga kriyas serve to tonify the heart, cleanse the gallbladder, stimulate the thyroid and parathyroid glands and serve to distribute pranic energy throughout the body. Regular practice will build and strengthen a strong psycho-magnetic field of one’s subtle body.
Kriya to Resist Illness & Immune Booster
This is a great series to do in the fall and winter seasons to protect against catching colds and flus or getting overly run down.
Metabolism & Relaxation Series
This is a wonderful series filled with simple exercises designed to assist metabolism and balance the hemispheres of the brain resulting in a reduction in nervous tension, while serving to balance the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary and pineal glands. Pranayama breath work is included.
Conquer Your Weakness Series
This is a short meditative group of exercises designed to strengthen and empower the yogi to achieve excellence in life.
Balance the Pineal Gland, the Pituitary Gland and the Hypothalamus
This series uses a combination of kriyas and mantras to stimulate and balance key endocrine glands.
Antar Naad Meditation
This is a powerful meditation designed to protect the yogi from negative forces and events. Naad, which means ‘the essence of all sound’, is a deep vibration which connects the yogi to the power of the unseen primal forces of the universe which positively affect the body, brain, mind and consciousness of the yogi.
Balancing Mind & Heart Meditation
